Refund & Cancellation Policy
📌 STRICT ALL SALES FINAL POLICY:
All services offered by Design Suvidha—including Custom Printing Products (business cards, flyers, stickers, files, collateral, corporate gifts) and Digital Marketing Services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMM, Web Development)—are produced or executed specifically for individual client requirements. Therefore, we maintain a strict policy that all sales are final and non-refundable once service execution or production has commenced.
1. Refund Policy for Digital Marketing Services
- Agency & Management Fees: Digital marketing retainer fees, strategy setup fees, web development fees, and campaign management charges are non-refundable once campaign planning, audit, graphic creation, or ad setup has started.
- Media Ad Spend: Ad spend paid directly to third-party ad networks (Meta, Google) is governed by their respective platform policies and cannot be refunded by Design Suvidha. Unspent ad budget funds held in advance by Design Suvidha may be refunded after deducting allocated setup fees and transaction processing charges upon written contract termination.
- Performance Claims: Refunds or chargebacks will NOT be provided based on campaign results, lead counts, cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, or ad account suspensions caused by client policy breaches.
2. Reprint Guarantee Policy for Printing Services
🛡️ Reprint Guarantee in Lieu of Monetary Refunds:
For custom physical print products, Design Suvidha provides a Reprint Guarantee:
- Free Reprint (>50% Production Defect): We provide a 100% free reprint if a manufacturing or press error directly attributable to Design Suvidha affects more than 50% of the total print order quantity.
- Customer Shipping Responsibility: While the reprint manufacturing is free, all courier, delivery, and shipping charges for dispatching reprinted goods must be paid by the Customer.
- Proportional Discount (5% to 50% Defect): For verified defect rates between 5% and 50%, a proportional discount or credit note will be issued towards future orders.
3. Non-Applicable Circumstances (No Refund / No Reprint)
Neither refunds nor reprints will be granted under the following conditions:
- Customer-Approved Proof Errors: Any mistakes in spelling, typography, layout, image resolution, size, or content discovered after the Client has approved the final digital proof. (Zero liability post-approval.)
- Design Dissatisfaction: Subjective dissatisfaction when the final physical print matches the approved digital proof, or when marketing creatives align with approved briefs.
- Color Calibrations: Minor color variations between RGB screen previews and CMYK press printing.
- Paper/Stock Textures: Minor natural variations in paper stock, weight, or lamination texture.
- Delivery & Logistics Delays: Courier delays occurring after dispatch from our facility.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Execution Cancellation: Printing orders may be cancelled ONLY before plate-making/printing begins. Digital marketing projects may be cancelled ONLY before campaign setup/research begins.
- Deductions on Approved Cancellations: Approved cancellations will be refunded after deducting setup charges, processing fees, digital design work, and allocated paper/stock expenses.
- Post-Execution Policy: No cancellations or refunds will be permitted once printing, finishing, or ad campaign execution has started.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
